Police to Request Arrest Warrant for Man Who Wielded Weapon at Gangbuk-gu Restaurant
The police announced that they plan to request an arrest warrant for a man in his 60s who wielded a weapon against a restaurant owner couple in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul.
According to the police on October 27, the Gangbuk Police Station in Seoul arrested Mr. A the previous day at around 2 p.m. on charges of attempted murder and is currently investigating him.
According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of wielding a weapon at a restaurant in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, after a dispute arose with the owner couple during the payment process.
The restaurant owner couple was transported to a nearby general hospital; one of them was pronounced dead, and the other is reported to be in critical condition.
