View original imageThe Gwangju-Jeonnam Dalgu-Beol and Bitgoeul Organizing Committee of Korea National Open University announced on the 26th that the 8th Dalgu-Beol & Bitgoeul Broadcasting University Family Cultural Exploration with Citizens was successfully concluded.
Over 400 people, including members from the Korea National Open University Alumni Associations of Gwangju-Jeonnam and Daegu-Gyeongbuk regions, attended the Moonlight Cultural Exploration held around the Mudeungsan National Park Trail in Dong-gu, Gwangju on this day.
The event began with a walk and trekking along the Mudeungsan Trail, followed by celebratory performances from the regional campuses of Gwangju-Jeonnam and Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and concluded with a declaration of the event’s opening and a harmony gathering.

Now in its eighth year, the Moonlight Cultural Exploration has been held annually since 2015 by the alumni associations of Daegu-Gyeongbuk and Gwangju-Jeonnam to share the cultures of both regions and promote mutual understanding. The event was not held from 2020 to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
