Kyungbok University Construction Education Center Launches Training Program for Smart Construction Workforce
Kyungbok University Construction Education Center has launched a "BIM Practical Training Course (for Beginners)" aimed at strengthening the practical skills of construction technicians and is now recruiting students.
This course was established to provide a practical and hands-on educational program that enables construction technicians to utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) in their actual work, in line with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's policy to expand the use of smart construction technology in the construction industry.
The in-person training will be held at the Kyungbok University Construction Education Center from January 12th to 16th next year.

Park Sangyun, Director of the Kyungbok University Construction Education Center, stated, "BIM is a core technology driving the transition to digital-based smart construction, and this practical course has been designed to focus on skills that can be immediately applied in the field. Moving forward, we will continue to expand various hands-on educational programs, such as VR safety experience training and advanced smart construction courses, to further enhance the expertise of construction technicians."
