Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership and CJ OnStyle Join Forces to Strengthen Competitiveness of Partner Companies
Support Includes 100 Million Won in Scholarships and Psychological Counseling
The Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership announced on October 20 that it has signed a "Cooperative Company Ecosystem Enhancement Agreement" with CJ OnStyle and its partner small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to strengthen their competitiveness.
This agreement is a joint commitment among the commission, large corporations, and SMEs to bridge the gap between large and small companies and promote mutual cooperation. Over the next three years, they have pledged to operate win-win cooperation programs and adhere to the "Three Principles of Proper Payment for Deliveries."
CJ OnStyle is participating in this agreement for the third time, following its involvement in 2019 and 2022. This time, the company plans to especially support the expansion of sales channels and growth for SMEs through mobile live commerce.
Key elements of the agreement include supporting cultural activities such as movies, performances, and sports, as well as welfare benefits to improve working conditions for partner companies. New initiatives will also be implemented, including scholarships worth 100 million won for partner SMEs, psychological counseling, and knowledge content subscription services, to boost morale among employees of partner SMEs.
In addition, the agreement aims to support partner SMEs in enhancing their wage payment capabilities and establishing a stable management foundation by discovering and nurturing innovative partner companies, operating an incentive system for partners, and creating a financial support fund for management stability.
