Samsung Micro RGB TV Named Among Time's "Best Inventions of the Year"

Samsung Electronics' 2025 Micro RGB (Red·Green·Blue) TV, The Frame Pro, and The Premiere 5 have been named among Time magazine's "Best Inventions of 2025."
According to Samsung Electronics on October 16, the Micro RGB TV was selected in the "Consumer Electronics" category, The Frame Pro in the "Design" category, and The Premiere 5 in the "Entertainment & Gaming" category.
The Samsung Micro RGB TV features a 115-inch large screen and achieves higher color reproduction by applying an RGB color backlight, where micro-sized RGB LEDs (light-emitting diodes) are arranged at an ultra-fine scale.
It has achieved 100% of the BT2020 color gamut area, a standard for measuring color accuracy set by the International Telecommunication Union, and has received "Micro RGB Precision Color" certification from the German testing institution VDE.
The Frame Pro, a lifestyle TV product, allows users to enjoy a variety of artworks such as paintings and photographs through the Art Store even when the TV is turned off. It also features a wireless One Connect Box, enabling a clean, cable-free setup.
The Premiere 5, a 4K touchscreen projector, boasts a compact design and delivers sharp picture quality.
