The Presidential Office stated on October 15 that it will "monitor the reactions of the market, actual demand, and consumers" regarding the "October 15 Real Estate Policy."

Kang Yujeong, spokesperson for the Presidential Office, was asked during a briefing at the Yongsan Presidential Office in the afternoon about the administration's perspective on the real estate policy announced today. She responded, "It was announced this morning," and added, "I believe it would be more appropriate to observe the reactions of the market, actual demand, and consumers a bit longer before expressing our official position."

Kang further noted, "President Lee Jaemyung has always hoped for an active stock market, where people can invest with confidence and see the market grow soundly and robustly."
