"Seize Tomorrow's Hope"... Uijeongbu City to Hold 'Job Fair' on the 23rd
Uijeongbu City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Donggeun) will hold the '2025 Uijeongbu City Job Fair' at 2 p.m. on October 23 at the Uijeongbu City Education Foundation Healing Center (29 Uijeong-ro, next to the Youth Training Center).
This job fair has been organized to provide practical employment opportunities to job seekers struggling amidst a complex economic crisis characterized by high inflation and high interest rates. It also aims to promote local job creation and revitalize the regional economy.
The event is hosted and organized by the city, with the Uijeongbu Employment and Labor Office of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Gyeonggi Job Foundation, Uijeongbu City Business Support Center, Gyeonggi Northern Veterans Support Center, Kyungmin University, Shinhan University, and Daejin University participating as partner organizations.
More than 40 outstanding companies from Uijeongbu and neighboring areas will participate, recruiting talent through on-site interviews and offering a variety of employment support programs.
At the 'Employment Support Center,' attendees can receive 1:1 customized job counseling, resume and cover letter consulting, and image making support. The 'Special Event Center' will offer practical job preparation programs such as special lectures by prominent figures, aptitude tests, tarot card experiences, and information on job-related systems and policies.
