Shinsegae Casamia Opens Dedicated Consultation Center for 'Cheongdam Le El' at Casamia Apgujeong Branch
Targeting Interior Demand for 'Cheongdam Le El'
On October 1, Shinsegae Casamia announced that starting this month, the Casamia Apgujeong branch will be designated as a dedicated consultation center for 'Cheongdam Le El,' offering special consultation services and promotions exclusively for residents of this complex.
'Cheongdam Le El' is a 1,300-unit apartment complex in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, set to begin occupancy next month. Even before residents have moved in, the pre-sale price has more than doubled compared to the previous year, drawing significant attention in the real estate market. Shinsegae Casamia has established a specialized consultation center to target this demand.
At this location, Shinsegae Casamia provides premium interior consultation services that integrate its leading brands, including Casamia, Materasso, and Cucinella. Through this, the company aims to offer its signature interior design solutions covering all aspects of residential space, thereby attracting demand for premium interiors.
First, using a virtual reality (VR) system, professional consultants will arrange items such as Casamia's 'Campo Goose' sofa and Materasso's 'Heritage' mattress in a virtual space modeled after the actual floor plan of Cheongdam Le El, allowing them to propose interior designs tailored to each customer's preferences and needs.
Customers who make purchases through the dedicated consultation center will receive additional benefits on top of a standard 10% move-in discount. These include Shinsegae gift certificates worth 5% of the purchase amount, as well as extra reward points that can be used like cash at Casamia and Materasso stores. Additionally, an extra 5% discount is available when paying with a partner credit card.
