View original imageYoon Youngju, former deputy governor of Jindo County, who is preparing to run for Boseong County Governor in the June 3 local elections next year, held a talk concert to commemorate the publication of his book "Theory of True Local Autonomy Administration" at the Boseong Culture and Arts Center on the 27th.
Approximately 1,000 people attended the talk concert, including Kim Sungon, Chairman of the Honam Association, Park Changsoon, Chairman of the Gwangju Boseong Association, local residents, and people originally from the region. Members of the National Assembly Ju Cheolhyeon, Shin Jeonghun, Lee Gaeho, and Seo Samseok sent congratulatory video messages.

Yoon Youngju, who holds a doctorate in public administration and is originally from Boknae, Boseong, has held significant public positions in Jeollanam-do, including deputy governor of Jindo County and spokesperson. After serving as an adjunct professor at Dongshin University, he is now the head of the Cham Local Autonomy Administration Research Institute, dedicating himself to the advancement of true local autonomy. He graduated from Gwangju Inseong High School and Chosun University with a degree in law, and later earned his master's and doctoral degrees from Chonnam National University and Dongshin University, respectively.
