Yangju City Announces Individual Housing Prices and Opens Objection Period
Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province has determined and announced the individual housing prices as of June 1, 2025, on September 30. The city will accept objections until October 29.
This announcement covers 91 individual houses within the city, including single-family and multi-family homes. The city finalized the prices through a process of price calculation, verification, submission of opinions, and a review by the Yangju City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
The individual housing prices can be checked on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's 'Real Estate Price Disclosure System,' the Yangju City Hall website, or at the Taxation Division of Yangju City Hall.
Homeowners or interested parties who wish to file an objection regarding individual houses should contact the Property Tax Team of the Taxation Division at Yangju City Hall. For apartment complexes, objections should be submitted to the Uijeongbu branch of the Korea Real Estate Board.
For individual houses with objections, the city will re-examine the appropriateness of the price, verify it with the Korea Real Estate Board, and then adjust and announce the price through a review by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee on November 20.
