Mashup Ventures Makes Seed Investment in Custom Sales CRM Solution "Trakit"
Integrated Customer Data Management, Easy-to-Build Sales CRM System
"Secured Major Corporate Clients Within Three Months of Launch... Rapid Growth Trajectory"
Deep Divers, the developer of the custom sales CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution "Trakit" for mid-sized and large enterprises, announced on the 30th that it has secured seed investment from Mashup Ventures.
Trakit is a customer management system specialized for the complex sales environments of mid-sized and large enterprises. It enables easy integration and management of customer data scattered across emails, calendars, address books, and business cards. The system can be customized to fit a company's unique work structure without the need for developers.
Sung Kibong, CEO of Deep Divers, is a senior developer with experience in core technology work such as artificial intelligence (AI), search, and large-scale data processing at companies like SK and Coupang. Through years of developing and selling B2B (business-to-business) SaaS (Software as a Service) products, he identified issues with the complexity and high costs of existing CRM solutions, which motivated him to start the company.
After verifying usability and stability through product development and beta services last year, Deep Divers officially launched its service this year. Within just three months of launch, it secured major corporate clients such as SK Magic and KT M&S. The company has received high satisfaction from its clients, particularly due to its flexible system that allows companies to implement only the features they need in stages, as well as its sophisticated permission settings that meet the demands of large enterprises.
CEO Sung Kibong stated, "Following this investment, we plan to focus on improving usability and satisfaction for our existing clients, while also working to expand our customer base. We will strengthen our product team to establish a stable foundation for product development."
