View original imageMore than 60 employees from Wonju City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, the Gangwon Innovation City Development Support Center, and five relocated public institutions-including the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, Korea National Park Service, Blood Management Headquarters of the Korean Red Cross, Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation, and Korea Local Administration Research Institute-participated in the event. Through a campaign to promote the purchase of local agricultural and marine products and specialties, participants supported the revitalization of traditional markets.
Meanwhile, each institution is also holding its own shopping events. The Korea Road Traffic Authority held traditional market shopping events every Friday for three weeks from September 12 to 26, with about 150 participants purchasing and donating fruit worth approximately 2 million won.
Additionally, the Korea Veterans Welfare and Healthcare Corporation put sharing into practice by delivering goods purchased at Jungang Market on September 29 to a local welfare center, while the National Health Insurance Service will hold a shopping event at Jungang Market on October 1, with about 40 participants.
