Sancheong County to Join Direct Market for Agricultural Specialty Products to Boost Local Economy
To Be Held on the 30th at the Gyeongnam Regional Office of Small and Medium Business Administration
Sancheong County in South Gyeongsang Province announced on the 29th that it will participate in the "Public Institution Direct Transaction Market for Revitalizing the Local Economy with Agricultural Specialty Products," which will be held at the Gyeongnam Regional Office of Small and Medium Business Administration on the 30th.
This market is organized by Korea Electric Power Corporation, Korea Rural Community Corporation, Korea Expressway Corporation, Korea Water Resources Corporation, and Korea Land and Housing Corporation. Six local governments in the province that suffered damage from extreme heavy rainfall will also participate.
Sancheong County will feature a variety of products, including dried persimmons, medicinal herbs, mushrooms, and honey, with participation from 20 local farms.
In particular, the county plans to directly promote and sell its high-quality agricultural specialty products produced in the region to enhance brand value.
