Traveling to Natural Heritage Sites by Train... "Cookie Run" Theme Map Distributed
Featuring Representative Scenic Spots and Regional Information
The National Heritage Administration, in collaboration with Korea Railroad Corporation and Devsisters, will distribute the "Natural Heritage Theme Map (Scenic Train Travel Edition)" free of charge at ten train stations nationwide starting on September 30.
This map is designed to help the public easily and familiarly experience natural heritage sites. It introduces each region's representative scenic spots and information using characters from Devsisters' globally popular "Cookie Run" franchise.
The maps will be available at ten stations, starting from the former Seoul Station, which marks its 100th anniversary this year, and including locations in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon, Chungcheong, Jeolla, and Gyeongsang regions. The stations are: Seoul Station (Bukhansan area), Gangneung Station (Gyeongpodae and Gyeongpo Lake), Yeongwol Station (Korean Peninsula-shaped terrain), Hongseong Station (Anmyeondo Kkotji Halmi and Halabi Rocks), Yeosu Expo Station (Geumosan Hyangilam), Namwon Station (Gwanghalluwon), Gunsan Station (Seonyudo Mangjubong), Busan Station (Oryukdo), Mungyeong Station (Mungyeong Saejae), and Pohang Station (Bogyeongsa Naeyeonsan Waterfall).

The National Heritage Administration stated, "We hope that travelers using trains will be able to enjoy both the joy of travel and the beauty of our natural heritage," adding, "We also plan to sequentially release follow-up theme map series featuring a variety of topics."
