[Photo] National Skills Competition Closes... 'Seven Days of Intense Competition' Concludes
The 60th National Skills Competition, held in Gwangju, concluded its seven-day run with a closing ceremony on September 26, 2025. This year’s event saw 1,725 participants representing 17 cities and provinces across the country, competing in 51 categories at six venues in the Gwangju area, including the Kimdaejung Convention Center. From Gwangju, 105 athletes competed in 37 categories, earning a total of 22 medals: 6 gold, 9 silver, and 7 bronze, marking a significant achievement. Meanwhile, during the closing ceremony, the competition flag was handed over to Incheon, which will host the 61st National Skills Competition next year. Provided by Gwangju City.
