Operating as an Integrated Organization Across All Divisions

Global accounting and consulting firm EY Han Young will operate an integrated AI specialist organization to support corporate artificial intelligence (AI) transformation.

On September 26, EY Han Young announced that it has consolidated its previously independent AI teams from various divisions into a company-wide integrated specialist organization called the "EY AI Hub."

The EY AI Hub is centered around the AI division of EY Consulting and has been expanded to operate as a company-wide matrix structure that encompasses the audit division, tax division, EY-Parthenon (strategy and financial advisory division), and financial services. Through this, the company plans to maximize synergy by bringing together AI services and technological capabilities that each business unit had previously pursued independently, focusing them around the EY AI Hub.

The EY AI Hub will oversee AI technology research, integrated strategy development, and joint infrastructure operations, while each business division will use this foundation to design industry-specific AI solutions. The overall leadership will be handled by Lee Donghyun, EY Asia East Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Industry Leader.

Park Yonggeun, CEO of EY Han Young, stated, "By organically connecting the expertise and technological capabilities of each business division, we will provide clients with more sophisticated and practical AI solutions, while also achieving work innovation and enhanced specialization internally through company-wide AI integration."
