Over 30 participants, including Mayor Bang Se-hwan, the deputy mayor, heads of departments and bureaus, and the Gwangju City Government Employees' Labor Union, took part in the campaign.
Participants distributed promotional items bearing the message "Wipe out corruption, uphold integrity" to encourage the practice of integrity among public officials.
Additionally, at 9 a.m. on the same day, a meeting of department and bureau heads was held under the leadership of Mayor Bang, where a report was presented on the "2025 Gwangju City Action Plan for Improving Vulnerable Areas to Corruption." In-depth discussions followed to establish improvement measures for each sector.
