The "KS-CQI Call Center Quality Index," organized by the Korean Standards Association (KSA), is a model that scientifically investigates and evaluates the service quality level of call centers.
Cuchen received high evaluations in the "KS-CQI Call Center Quality Index" assessment categories, including reliability, kindness, accessibility, essential services, and additional services, achieving the highest score in the electric rice cooker category for five consecutive years from 2021 to this year.
