The Korea Small and Medium Business Distribution Agency announced that its "Onpan Counseling Center" was selected as an excellent institution for 2025 at the "Call Center Quality Index (KS-CQI) Certification Ceremony" hosted by the Korea Standards Association on the 22nd.
The Onpan Counseling Center, which opened in April last year, is a specialized counseling center established to successfully implement the "Online Sales Channel Support Project for Small Businesses." It serves as a "growth ladder" by providing comprehensive support to small business owners, from business inquiries and applications to document review and submission.

The evaluation was based on "mystery calls" and customer surveys, comprehensively reviewing seven criteria including reliability, kindness, and proactiveness.
