Hwang Byungwoo, Chairman of iM Financial Group, to Represent Korea at 'UNGC Leaders Summit'
Hwang Byungwoo, Chairman of iM Financial Group, has been invited as Korea's representative to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) global ESG event, where he will strengthen global cooperation for the implementation of sustainable finance and work to enhance the status of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
iM Financial Group announced that it will participate in the 'UN Global Compact Leaders Summit 2025,' hosted by the UNGC in New York, United States, on September 23 (local time).
This summit is the UNGC's largest international conference, designed to promote collaboration and action among global leaders for a sustainable future. Marking the 25th anniversary of the UNGC's founding this year, the event will reflect on its journey so far and provide networking opportunities to achieve the '2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).'
