As of September 2025, BIC consists of seven departments: Global Korean Studies, Global Business, AI and Computer Engineering, Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, Information Systems and Security, Technology Management and Innovation, and Culture and Design Management. Approximately 800 international students are currently enrolled.

The university plans to gradually expand BIC by establishing new departments or modifying existing ones in response to the needs of international students.

President Lee Sangcheon stated, "Choosing Dongmyung University from among countries around the world is not simply an academic decision, but a courageous choice to pioneer a new future. I hope that international students will join us in realizing the vision of becoming a 'global innovative university dedicated to student success.'"
