This system, based on GPT-5, creates digital clones of online store visitors and simulates sales strategies, offering performance prediction features for newly stocked products, special promotions, and coupons.
The core of this system is its ability to identify issues, develop strategies, predict outcomes through conversations with AI, and immediately apply these strategies to online stores with a single click. Waddle plans to gradually expand its features by integrating this system with its own AI shop assistant service, Gentoo, enabling revenue forecasting and tailored sales strategy recommendations for online stores.
Waddle demonstrated its technological competitiveness on the global stage by winning first place among 93 teams at the OpenAI GPT-5 Hackathon held in San Francisco, United States, in August.
