Changwon Public Health Center Launches Phase 3 Exercise Program at Sapa Health Living Support Center
Changwon Public Health Center in Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, will operate the 3rd phase exercise program at the Sapa Health Living Support Center for approximately 12 weeks, from September 16 to December 12, to promote physical activity and prevent chronic diseases among local residents.

View original imageThis program officially began on September 16 with an orientation and safety training for residents selected through prior recruitment. Professional exercise instructors and public health center officials provided guidance on the detailed schedule, participation rules, and precautions for exercise, and motivated participants to set their own health goals.
The exercise program includes a variety of tailored options: Body Reset for obesity and chronic disease management; Senior Muscle Savings for fall prevention and muscle strength improvement in seniors; and the Healthy Lifestyle Practice Exercise Class (Zumba, Power Stretching, Balance Walking PT, Line Dance) for managing health risk factors. Each specialized instructor will guide participants through safe and effective physical activities tailored to their level for 12 weeks.
