Pocheon City in Gyeonggi Province will accept applications for the "Deposit Loan Interest Support Program for Newlyweds, Multi-Child Families, and Young Single-Person Households Renting Jeonse or Monthly Rent" from September 22 to October 17, 2025, in order to alleviate housing costs and support a stable living environment.

View original imageEligible applicants are households registered as residents of Pocheon City as of the announcement date. This includes: newlywed couples married within the past seven years (with a standard median income of 180% or less); multi-child families with at least two children, including at least one child under the age of 18 (with a standard median income of 180% or less); and single-person households of young adults aged 19 to 39 (with a standard median income of 150% or less).
The program provides up to 2% of the outstanding loan balance, with a maximum of 2 million won per year, paid once annually. Young single-person households residing in public rental housing are also eligible for support.
