This pilot project, which is being jointly operated by the Civil Affairs and Land Division and the Chilgok Senior Club, aims to create job opportunities for seniors and improve civil service quality. Currently, one person is working in the afternoons.

The civil service guide assists with services such as directing residents to the appropriate consultation counters and helping them fill out civil service forms. In particular, by kindly explaining how to use the unmanned civil service issuance machine to those who are not familiar with it, the guide is making a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency.

An official from the county said, "Since both residents and internal staff have shown high satisfaction with the pilot operation, we plan to expand the program so that one person can work in the morning and another in the afternoon starting in 2026."
