Mapo Police Begin Tracking Down Author of the Post

The police have launched an investigation after a post warning of a terrorist attack was uploaded to a university student online community.

The Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 12th that it had received a related report at around 10:30 p.m. the previous day and had begun tracking the author of the post.

The post in question was reportedly uploaded to the "Everytime" message board for Dongguk University.

The author posted under the title "Dongguk University Young Camp Festival Terror Attack Warning," stating that a terrorist attack was planned for the 16th and advising people not to gather.

The police plan to track down the author of the post and thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the incident.
