POSCO E&C will launch The Sharp Osan Station Arc City in Block M1 of Segyo 2 District, Osan, Gyeonggi Province, in October 2025.
The complex will consist of seven buildings ranging from four basement levels up to 44 above-ground floors, featuring 897 apartment units with exclusive areas of 84 to 104 square meters and 90 officetel units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. The apartments will mainly offer mid- to large-sized layouts, which are highly preferred by buyers: 346 units of 84㎡A, 233 units of 84㎡B, and 318 units of 104㎡.
The location is at the gateway of Segyo 2 District, close to Osan Station on Subway Line 1. Transportation infrastructure is set to improve with the planned extension of the GTX-C line and the Dongtan Urban Railway (scheduled to open in 2028), which will enhance access to major hubs in the Seoul metropolitan area. The site is also near the Osan, Hwaseong, and Dongtan industrial complexes, the Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Campus, and Suwon Samsung Digital City, offering excellent proximity between residential and work areas.
As the only residential-commercial complex site in Segyo 2 District, it offers abundant lifestyle infrastructure. With the tallest building in Osan and the premium of The Sharp brand, we expect high interest from buyers."
The model home will be set up in the Wondong area of Osan.
