View original imageFor the second consecutive year, Celltrion has been named a "Korea Job Excellence Company," a title given annually by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to 100 companies. The company was recognized for its efforts to expand youth-centered hiring, create a stable working environment, and strengthen its welfare programs.
Over the past three years, Celltrion has newly hired a total of 940 employees. In particular, last year, the company hired 513 people, increasing its workforce by 15.1% compared to the previous year. Among the new hires, 92.4% were young people, actively contributing to the expansion of youth employment. The company is also focusing on nurturing local talent by increasing recruitment from Incheon, where its headquarters are located.
Celltrion has consistently worked to create a workplace free of discrimination and career interruptions by expanding the recruitment of female talent and implementing fair evaluation systems. As a result, the average female hiring rate over the past three years has reached 50%, maintaining a higher level of female employment compared to other manufacturing companies.
In addition, by actively encouraging parental leave, the number of women taking parental leave increased by 17% last year compared to the previous year, and the return-to-work rate after parental leave reached 100%. The company has also codified principles prohibiting discrimination and promoting employment equality in its internal regulations, operating a fair personnel system.
The company has also strengthened its work-life balance programs to improve employees' quality of life and welfare. These include expanding workplace daycare centers, supporting children's education expenses and in-house clubs, and providing welfare points. In addition, Celltrion continues to offer practical benefits such as psychological counseling centers and health and wellness support.
To enhance employees' work efficiency and productivity, Celltrion has established a smart work environment and operates a flexible work system, while also guaranteeing sufficient rest through a summer vacation program.
