On September 10, Catholic University Uijeongbu St. Mary's Hospital held the "Less Salt, Less Sugar, My Body Feels Alive" Health Balance Campaign in the main building lobby, sponsored by the Gyeonggi Provincial Government, the Gyeonggi Nutrition Society, and Michelle Food Co., Ltd. This event was organized to promote healthy eating habits and raise awareness of food safety among local residents.

View original imageDuring the event, Nutrition Team Leader Cheon Nuri introduced appropriate dietary information through low-sodium and low-sugar meal models for different diseases, as well as panels on food poisoning and infectious disease prevention. In addition, a low-sugar beverage tasting, nutrition counseling, and a cooking Q&A session were offered, providing participants with personalized advice and emphasizing the importance of improving eating habits. The low-sugar beverage tasting, in particular, received a highly positive response from outpatients and their guardians.
