Geumsan County Governor Park Beom-in Meets with KBO Commissioner Heo Koo-yeon to Discuss Baseball Development
Discussion on Cooperation for the Development of Baseball and Expansion of Infrastructure in Geumsan County
Park Beom-in, the governor of Geumsan County, and Heo Koo-yeon, commissioner of the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO), met at the governor's office on September 5 to discuss the development of baseball in Geumsan County.
This meeting was initiated at the county's request to discuss cooperation with Commissioner Heo for the advancement of baseball and the expansion of infrastructure in Geumsan County.
The county plans to promote local baseball and encourage residents' participation in sports by strengthening its sports infrastructure.
Commissioner Heo responded positively to Geumsan County's request and agreed to continue cooperation in the future.
Park Beom-in, governor of Geumsan County, said, "We aim to develop the local sports industry with baseball at its center," adding, "I look forward to joining forces with Commissioner Heo Koo-yeon moving forward."
