Healing Tour Gift Certificates and Special Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC Merchandise as Prizes
Wanju County in North Jeolla Province will hold a special event to promote participation in the "Hometown Love Donation Program" during the upcoming Chuseok holiday.
According to the county on September 8, this event targets both returning visitors and local residents, aiming to raise interest in donations while also providing opportunities to experience local tourism and culture.
The event will be held in two phases: the first phase runs until September 28, and the second phase will take place from October 6 to 24. Anyone who donates at least 100,000 won to the Hometown Love Donation Program will be automatically entered into a prize draw without any additional application process. A total of 110 winners will be selected to receive Wanju Healing Tour gift certificates and special merchandise from Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC.
During the first phase, participants can experience the charm of Wanju County through signature tourism and experience-based prizes, including accommodation vouchers for Gosanjayeon Recreation Forest, meal vouchers for Gui Andeok Village, meal vouchers for Samnye Saechamsure, and round-trip tickets for Daedunsan Cable Car.
In the second phase, in collaboration with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC, special merchandise for sports fans will be offered, such as mini scarves, autographed balls, and autographed t-shirts.
County Governor Yoo Heetae stated, "Chuseok is the time when many people return to their hometowns, making it the perfect opportunity to promote and expand participation in the Hometown Love Donation Program. I hope the program brings a sense of fulfillment to donors and serves as a driving force for the county's sustainable development."
Meanwhile, if you donate to a local government other than your registered address through the "Hometown Love Donation Program," your donation will be used for projects that improve residents' welfare. Donors will also receive various discount benefits at local cultural and tourist facilities, restaurants, and cafes through return gifts and the "Wanju Love County Resident Card."
