Gwangmyeong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on September 8 that it will provide an emergency supply of 10,000 bottles of its bottled tap water, "Gureumsansu" (500ml each), to help Gangneung City in Gangwon Province, which is struggling due to extreme drought.
