Participants will learn a variety of movements using step boxes under the guidance of a professional instructor, helping them improve cardiorespiratory endurance, strengthen lower body muscles, and enhance their sense of balance.
Step box dance, which incorporates aerobics, is effective for weight loss and helps relieve stress and improve mental health through rhythmic movements.
