On September 3, the city of Ansan in Gyeonggi Province announced that the "Family Water Playground," newly created in Lake Park, will open on the 13th.
The playground, which is opening this time, has been completely renovated from existing outdated facilities and transformed into a family-friendly relaxation space. The city invested a budget of 2.2 billion won and began renovations in May, completing the construction for this opening.
The playground has expanded its water play area and water-friendly play and rest facilities, with enhanced safety and convenience. The opening event will feature an opening ceremony, a bubble magic show, and a Taekwondo demonstration. Additional events will include experience booths, a food truck zone, and a flea market.
