Shinsegae Live Shopping Expands "Next Day Delivery" Service to Partner Company Products
Next Day Delivery for Live Shopping Orders
Now Includes Items Shipped Directly from Partners, Not Just Logistics Center Products
Shinsegae Live Shopping announced on September 3 that it will expand its "Next Day Delivery" service, which allows customers to receive products the day after ordering during a broadcast, to include items shipped directly from partner companies.
Currently, the Next Day Delivery service applies only to products shipped from the Shinsegae Live Shopping logistics center. Moving forward, products shipped directly from partner companies will also be eligible for this delivery service.
Shinsegae Live Shopping will integrate its logistics management by connecting its system with those of its partners and CJ Logistics. At present, Next Day Delivery is available for beauty, health food, and select fashion products, with plans to gradually expand the range of eligible items.

Previously, Shinsegae Live Shopping also introduced "7-Day Delivery" and "Same Day Delivery" services. Lee Kyubong, Executive Vice President in charge of support at Shinsegae Live Shopping, stated, "We will continue to provide services that satisfy both customers and partners through ongoing delivery innovation."
