Korea Tourism Organization Signs Agreement with Samsung C&T to Promote Barrier-Free Tourism
The Korea Tourism Organization announced on August 29 that it had signed a business agreement with Samsung C&T (Fashion Division "Hartist") at the organization's Seoul Center to promote barrier-free tourism.
This agreement aims to create and promote a travel environment where everyone, including people with disabilities, the elderly, and families with young children-groups considered vulnerable in tourism-can enjoy travel without inconvenience.

Hartist, a brand that aspires to make fashion accessible to all, was launched on April 20, 2019, to mark Disabled Persons Day. The brand features designs that are easy to put on and take off for people with limited mobility, offering styles that can be enjoyed by both people with disabilities and those without.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will share a philosophy that embraces an inclusive society and will join forces to create an environment where everyone can travel comfortably.
First, they will produce barrier-free travel content using Hartist ambassadors and promote it together. This content will be available on the barrier-free travel information platform "Open Tourism: Travel for All" operated by the Korea Tourism Organization, on Hartist's social media channels, and on the Samsung C&T fashion mall "SSF SHOP." In addition, they plan to collaborate in various ways, such as sharing information about open tourist destinations managed by the organization and jointly promoting the Hartist brand.
