Special Limited Edition Collaboration with K-Pop Demon Hunters Sells Out
Second Round of Pre-Orders Planned

Nongshim experienced overwhelming popularity as its special limited-edition products, created in collaboration with the Netflix animation "K-Pop Demon Hunters" (K-Pop Demon Hunters), sold out in just 1 minute and 40 seconds.


On August 29, Nongshim announced that all 1,000 sets (6,000 products in total) of the collaboration with K-Pop Demon Hunters, which were available for pre-order from 10 a.m. on the company’s Nongshim Mall, had sold out.

This collaboration product is a special edition that faithfully replicates the ramen design featured in K-Pop Demon Hunters. As the animation gained popularity, consumers began requesting designs through Nongshim Mall’s made-to-order service, Nongkku, leading to the creation of these products. The set consists of six Shin Ramyun cups, each featuring one of the main characters from K-Pop Demon Hunters-RUMI, MIRA, and ZOEY-with two cups for each character.


Buoyed by this rapid sell-out, Nongshim plans to proceed with a second round of pre-order sales.


A Nongshim representative stated, "While it has not yet been decided how many additional sales rounds will follow the second release, we plan to determine the specifics through discussions with Netflix."


Meanwhile, K-Pop Demon Hunters is a Netflix animated film that has gained global popularity for its realistic depiction of various aspects of Korean culture, with K-pop at its center.
