Recruitment of Discussion Participants for the "Daejeon Education Empathy Roundtable" on Student Drug Prevention
Anyone Can Participate: Students, Faculty, Parents, and Citizens Invited to the Daejeon Education Empathy Roundtable
A forum will be held to discuss effective intervention strategies for preventing drug misuse among adolescents and ways to strengthen the effectiveness of student drug prevention education.
The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education will host the "2025 2nd Daejeon Education Empathy Roundtable" on the theme of "Measures to Strengthen the Effectiveness of Student Drug Prevention Education" at the BMK Convention on September 30 at 2:00 p.m. Participants for the roundtable discussion are now being recruited.
The roundtable will begin with a policy introduction, followed by group discussions and sharing of results. During the discussion, participants will debate subtopics related to student drug prevention. To ensure smooth proceedings, a professional facilitator will be assigned to each group to provide stable and effective support for the discussions.
Any student, faculty member, parent, or citizen interested in participating can apply through the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education website (Participation & Suggestions - Policy Discussion - Daejeon Education Empathy Roundtable - Participation Guide). Parents and citizens seeking volunteer credit can also apply via the 1365 Volunteer Portal by September 10.
