Customers who add the "Dongkook Pharmaceutical Health Mall" KakaoTalk channel, the company's official online mall, as a friend and show it at the department store will receive a "Myfit KiHappy Trial Pack." This event will continue at each store until stocks run out.
Various co-promotions are also being held to support healthy growth in children. In collaboration with Bebecook, a company specializing in infant and toddler foods, customers who purchase 28 or more sets of Bebecook Kids Meals and are Bebecook members will be entered into a drawing to win one box of "Myfit KiHappy." Additionally, the first 2,000 purchasers will receive a trial pack. On August 30 and 31, at the 2nd Cheongchun Yanggu Baekkop Cup National Youth Soccer Festival hosted and organized by the Korea Youth Football Association in Yanggu-gun, Gangwon Province, all players of the Baekho League winning team will be presented with a full-size "Myfit KiHappy," and all participating teams will receive trial packs.
A Dongkook Pharmaceutical representative stated, "Myfit KiHappy recorded sales of 80,000 sachets just two months after its launch, confirming the high level of interest among parents in their children's growth," and added, "We plan to further expand our brand's touchpoints with consumers, as well as product capabilities, to provide a trustworthy solution for parents concerned about the health and height growth of their children during their growth period."
Launched in July, "Myfit KiHappy" contains FGO (lactobacillus-fermented oyster extract), a main ingredient recognized by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for its functionality in supporting height growth in children during their growth period. This ingredient is individually approved and produced by enzymatic hydrolysis and lactobacillus fermentation of oysters. In a 24-week human clinical trial conducted with Korean children, an average height increase of 3.78 cm was observed. The group that consumed the product grew 0.87 cm more than the control group, and significant improvements were also seen in key growth indicators such as height velocity (HV), height standard deviation score (SDS), and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3).
