During the first session, instructor Jung Yunmi from Warm & Runner provided a customer service training for online customer satisfaction, while representatives from LotteON and Gyeonggi Province Corporation explained how to join Baedal Teukgeup, a delivery service platform. Additionally, Seo Sangwon, CEO of Brand Story HK, delivered a lecture on small business mindset and customer service strategies. The curriculum was designed to help small business owners interested in online entry get closer to expanding their sales channels.

These will cover practical topics such as determining the best online entry methods for each store, tips for photographing and editing products using smartphones, and strategies for business growth utilizing AI.
Kim Youngsoo, Director of the Job and Economy Division, stated before the training, "As industries and customer touchpoints diversify, developing online shopping mall sales channels is becoming just as important as offline ones. I hope this training will serve as a strong foundation for the business growth and competitiveness of the small business owners who participated."
