The King Salted Egg Tart, which is about the size of an adult's palm, is so popular for its moist filling and soft texture that it sells up to 2,000 pieces a day in Busan, with long lines of customers waiting to purchase it.
The signature product is the Vanilla & Salt Egg Tart, which boasts a rich flavor with plenty of natural vanilla beans.
The Pistachio & Salt variety is made with 100% pure pistachio paste, offering a savory and intense taste, while the Chocolat & Salt tart is characterized by a deep and rich flavor using French Valrhona chocolate.
