Yang Jinseok, chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, said, "I was truly surprised by the exemplary case of a senior entrepreneur who, after selling Job Korea and founding another company, shared half of the profits with his employees, making many of them billionaires. Even now, he continues to devote himself to social service and contribution, reads many books, and is generous to everyone he meets. I deeply respect his way of life."
