This training was organized in conjunction with the full-scale implementation of the "Safe Workplace Project," aiming to enhance workplaces' autonomous safety and health management capabilities and to spread a culture of industrial accident prevention.
The "Safe Workplace Project" is an initiative that emphasizes compliance with 12 key safety rules to prevent the five major types of serious accidents-falls, collisions, entrapment, fires and explosions, and suffocation-as well as heat-related illnesses caused by heat waves. The Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency are closely managing and supervising high-risk workplaces nationwide, with the goal of reducing industrial accidents.
