Trost's Auditory Psychological Care 'Sound Therapy' Surpasses 8 Million Plays in the First Half of the Year
Nudge Healthcare announced on August 20 that the "Sound Therapy" feature of the mental care platform "Trost," available on its health management app "Cashwalk," was played more than 8 million times in the first half of this year.
Trost's unique auditory-focused content, Sound Therapy, goes beyond simple healing sounds to offer meditation, ASMR, audiobooks, and other audio-based content tailored to users' conditions, providing benefits such as sleep induction, anxiety relief, and emotional stability.
This is the result of integrating Trost with Cashwalk to increase accessibility to daily mental care. As of June 2025, the cumulative number of Sound Therapy users surpassed 260,000, with a steady increase in regular users.
The number of Sound Therapy content items has exceeded 90,000, allowing users to select personalized options based on their emotional state. Trost has established the practice of emotional recovery through sound as a psychological management method in users' daily lives, creating a new trend of auditory-based mindfulness.
Rather than simply providing healing, the content is designed with titles and structures that precisely target users' emotions and situations, such as "When you can't sleep because of too many thoughts," "A night when silence is not comforting," "Meditation to clear a complicated mind," "On the way to the bookstore after an exam," and "A night soothing anxiety with whale sounds," thereby enhancing user immersion.
Thanks to detailed curation with categories such as "A night when it's hard to fall asleep," "How to manage emotions," "Healthy eating routine," and "Meditations that give hope and courage," users can easily select content that perfectly matches their current state. As a result, the repeat usage rate of Sound Therapy has also increased. The popular track "A Good Day for No Particular Reason" has recorded a cumulative 2.86 million views.
This year, Nudge Healthcare acquired Trost, a leading domestic psychological counseling platform, through its subsidiary, the EAP specialist company Dain. Through this acquisition, the company expanded its portfolio into the B2C mental health management sector, strengthening B2C psychological counseling and introducing various mental care-related content. By integrating Trost's various services into the Cashwalk health management app, Nudge Healthcare has also improved user accessibility.
