Jaedam Media Signs Contract with Cross Pictures for Drama Adaptation
The webtoon "The Losing Side Becomes First Lady," which centers on a presidential election, is set to be adapted into a drama.
On August 19, Jaedam Media announced that it had signed a contract with film and drama production company Cross Pictures for the drama adaptation. "The Losing Side Becomes First Lady" tells the story of a married couple, National Assembly members Kwak Hyunwoo and Cho Jaeryeong, who compete for the presidency. The series depicts a husband, the conservative party candidate, and his wife, the progressive party candidate, who find themselves in political opposition but refuse to give up their affection as a couple.
