View original imageHallasan National Park, under the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province World Heritage Headquarters (Director: Hong Seungji), will hold the fourth installment of its Hallasan Exploration Program, "Hallasan Guseokguseok," titled "A Small Tremor Awakening the Wind," on August 29, 2025.
"Hallasan Guseokguseok" is a program designed to experience and share the beautiful nature and ecological value of Hallasan. A total of seven sessions are planned, with three having taken place in the first half of the year.
The fourth story, "A Small Tremor Awakening the Wind," is a guided exploration program that covers a 3.7-kilometer section from the entrance of the Yeongsil Trail to Witseoreum, focusing on finding and observing butterflies inhabiting the highlands. Participants can deeply experience the diverse ecology and unique charm of Hallasan through the guidance and explanations provided by a nature interpreter.
Registration for the program is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 30 participants via the Hallasan National Park website and by phone.
