Korea Venture Business Association Recruiting 20 Tech Firms for Canada Market Entry Support
Support for Deep Tech Companies in AI, ESS, and More
Including Participation in Local Conferences
The Korea Venture Business Association announced on August 12 that it is recruiting companies to participate in the "North America Tech Service K-Innovation Delegation," a program designed to support promising domestic small and venture businesses in entering the North American market through cooperation with the Canadian government and private innovation organizations.
This initiative is centered in Canada, which has emerged as a global innovation hub. The core of the program is to select 20 competitive companies in five major technology sectors?artificial intelligence (AI), energy storage systems (ESS), mobility, smart cities, and deep tech?and facilitate business development and investment connections with local partners.
Participating companies will collaborate with local firms to validate their technologies and markets, receive tailored feedback, and gain opportunities to generate tangible results such as discovering joint projects and securing investment. Additionally, the program offers participation in a global startup conference, local institution matching, one-on-one sales missions, investment briefings, and networking events. During the preparatory phase, support is provided for enhancing presentation skills, offering local market information, and producing joint promotional materials.
Detailed information about the support program can be found on the Overseas Exhibition Portal, and applications must be submitted online.
