City officials, social service personnel, and members of the Uijeongbu City Government Employees' Labor Union voluntarily participated, sharing the value of caring for neighbors.
The blood donation event was conducted in cooperation with the Seoul Eastern Blood Center of the Korean Red Cross, using a mobile blood donation vehicle stationed outside the government office building. Participants safely donated blood after undergoing a preliminary questionnaire and health check.
On this day, Mayor Donggeun Kim visited the blood donation site to encourage participating public officials and emphasize the importance of blood donation.
Mayor Kim said, "I am grateful that public officials have voluntarily participated in the blood donation campaign," and added, "We will continue our efforts to spread a culture of sharing life."
