Namdo Jangteo Foundation (CEO Kim Kyungho) recorded sales of 24 billion KRW in the first half of this year. This figure represents an increase of approximately 28% compared to 18.7 billion KRW during the same period last year.

Breaking down the main sales categories, agricultural products accounted for 12 billion KRW, followed by seafood at 5.9 billion KRW, processed foods at 4.4 billion KRW, and livestock products at 1.7 billion KRW. Notably, despite the sluggish domestic economy, sales through the company's own online mall surged by 95% year-on-year to reach 8.2 billion KRW, significantly driving overall sales growth.

This performance is attributed to the foundation's stable management and the consistent efforts of participating vendors, which have together led to robust growth of the platform. As a result, Namdo Jangteo has further solidified its position as a leading public shopping mall operated by a local government since CEO Kim Kyungho took office.

Namdo Jangteo is also actively strengthening its customer service (CS) management to enhance customer satisfaction. Ahead of the upcoming Chuseok holiday promotions, the company plans to significantly tighten quality standards and impose sanctions on vendors that receive customer complaints through its operations committee.

For vendors with repeated CS issues, strict measures such as warnings and suspension of sales will be implemented. In particular, if deceptive practices against consumers are confirmed?such as defective products, failure to fulfill orders, or false invoice entries?the company will enforce a "one-strike-out" policy, resulting in immediate expulsion.

CEO Kim Kyungho stated, "Namdo Jangteo aims to become not just a platform for sales growth, but a trusted public shopping platform representing Jeollanam-do." He added, "We will do our utmost to protect consumers and ensure the soundness of the local distribution ecosystem by strengthening vendor training and quality management standards."
