Sejong City Announces Results of Civil Complaint Service Satisfaction Survey
The Sejong City Mobile Task Force for Civil Complaints recorded an average satisfaction score of 96.6 points in a recent survey on its civil complaint services, indicating a high level of satisfaction among citizens.
Since its launch in 2015, the "Cheokcheok Sejong Mobile Task Force for Civil Complaints" has provided a variety of everyday services, including inspection and repair of small-scale public facilities, as well as resolving inconveniences in public buildings and for socially vulnerable groups.
This survey was conducted by phone through the civil complaint call center from July 7 to July 18, 2025. Among the 158 citizens who had used the Cheokcheok Sejong service since March 2025, 135 participated in the survey. The questionnaire consisted of four items: speed of complaint handling, kindness of staff during reception, consultation and on-site service, and satisfaction with the results. Each item was rated on a five-point scale from "very satisfied" to "very dissatisfied," and then converted to a 100-point scale for evaluation.
According to the results, 98% of respondents answered that they were "satisfied or above" with the overall service. The kindness of staff received the highest score of 97 points. Across all four categories, the average score was 96.6 points, showing an overall excellent evaluation.
